This is a box fruit cake that has been modified. It is delicious and we added the vegan vegetarian touch. The animal ingredients are omitted. This cake is presented for the holidays the reason for the season. Cake will be shipped already baked and ready to eat. The fruits have soaked in wine for a long time so this cake packs a punch. Ingredients Enriched wheat flour, (niacin, reduced iron, thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid), wine, sugar, strawberries, raisins, currants, prunes, vanilla extract, browning (caramel coloring), baking powder, orange peel, rum, corn syrup, mixed spice, lemon spice, artificial flavoring calcium propionate (preservative). There is no rum sauce or icing. Order includes baked cake only.
